I teach weaving and natural dyeing at my studio near Cirencester and for a variety of Arts and Crafts educational and recreational establishments, mainly around Gloucestershire. Tuition can be arranged on an individual basis to suit your requirements, whether a one-off experience day or regular sessions to build your weaving knowledge.
Weaving in the Studio
The situation regarding my ‘come and weave’ casual day sessions held monthly, generally on the first Friday/Saturday will be reviewed later in the year.
Currently I am just offering one to one sessions in my studio. I am happy to take two if the participants are comfortable with working in close proximity to another; so perhaps from the same household or are close friends. I have taken this decision in recognition of the varying confidence of individuals in respect of the Covid-19 pandemic and vaccination.
The fee for a half-day (3 hours) is £45 and if you choose to stay on after the lunch break, an additional £10 per hour. This includes materials and use of equipment. Workshops are available on weekdays and Saturdays, please get in touch to arrange a mutually convenient date.
