Tuition

I teach weaving and natural dyeing for a variety of Arts & Crafts and Heritage educational and recreational establishments, and in my studio near Cirencester. I have added an ‘at home’ service, where I can teach you on your own loom as well as on the looms I bring with me.

Tuition can be arranged on an individual basis to suit your requirements, whether a one-off experience day or half day (to just ‘play’ with weaving or to weave a cushion panel or weave a scarf), a few sessions to refresh your rusty weaving skills or regular sessions to build your weaving knowledge.

Weaving in the Studio

Currently I am offering tuition one to one in my studio, but am happy to take two participants comfortable with working in close proximity to another.

The fee for a half-day (3 hours) is £55 and if you choose to stay on for a little longer you can pay by the hour at £15. This includes all your yarns and the use of equipment and looms. Workshops, subject to other commitments, are available most weekdays and occasional Saturdays, please get in touch to arrange a mutually convenient date.
