I teach weaving and natural dyeing for a variety of Arts & Crafts and Heritage educational and recreational establishments, and in my studio near Cirencester. I have added an ‘at home’ service, where I can teach you on your own loom as well as on the looms I bring with me.

Tuition can be arranged on an individual basis to suit your requirements, whether a one-off experience day (eg; weave a cushion panel or weave a scarf), a few sessions to refresh your rusty weaving skills or regular sessions to build your weaving knowledge.

Weaving in the Studio

Currently I am offering tuition one to one in the studio but am happy to take two if the participants are friends/related and comfortable with working in close proximity to another. This is in recognition of the varying confidence of individuals in respect of the Covid-19 situation.

The fee for a half-day (3 hours) is £50 and if you choose to stay for longer an additional £10 per hour. This includes yarns in stock and use of equipment. Workshops are available most weekdays and Saturdays, please get in touch to arrange a mutually convenient date.
